X/SatAm- Cosmo, Hobidon, Chris

Finally got around to inking and coloring those SatAm esque designs I did of Cosmo, Green Kimba(I still haven't thought of a proper name for him), and Chris from Sonic X. Basically for an AU combining the Sonic SatAm universe together with Sonic X(with some of the main game canon elements peppered throughout). And when I mean SatAm, I mean purely the TV series, not the Archie comic series(though there are some references to it peppered throughout, as well).

I didn't really see any need to really change Cosmo's design as I thought it was already good enough on it own, so I just drew her in a more cartoony Western style. Geen Kimba I mostly changed his color scheme and then drew him in a style more close to the show's. Chris is portrayed younger, and I tried to draw him in a style you more likely see children drawn in cartoons back in the early 90s(not sure if I succeeded at that, though).

Cosmo: A young girl who is a part of the plant-like species known as Seedrians. She is from a tribe of Seedrians that strives to advance in science and technology, while still respecting and keeping to their roots of nature, and also greatly admire the stars and possible other galaxies beyond them. Cosmo was born and lived in the city of Green Gate for a year, until Robotnik began to target the Seedrians and their territory. The number of Seedrians on the planet steeply dropped not long after Robotnik began his move on them, either being roboticized or killed from fighting back. Cosmo's tribe, lead by her mother Hertia, fled for two big reasons: She saw that the fatalities from fighting back how they were now were too great, and Luch and the other male seedrians from their tribe and other tribes eventually got desperate in their fight against Robotnik that they to begin to completely drain all life from the planet's vegetation, to where miles of forest were left as lifeless husks, in order to use it's energy to make them stronger. Hertia, and whatever was left of her tribe, fled deep up into the mountains and forests, and set up a colony for her and her people to live in. Cosmo grew up in the colony, along with her mother and her four older sisters. Being a curious girl with many dreams, she would listen to the stories told to her about what their old home was like and wonder on about it, since she was only a baby at the time. Often she would wonder around in the endless forest surrounding her colony, wondering what the rest of the world was like, hoping Robotnik's tyranny would end so that she could go see it. She knew climbing up on the tallest trees and looking into the distance just wasn't enough for her.

Green Kimba(still working on an actual name for him): A half-African, half-Asiatic Mobian lion from the former named continent of Africa. He was born in the North of the continent, to a fierce lioness fisher, and to a talented weaver lion. He was still young when they started teaching him their trades, but he would quickly start to get the hang of both skills. Then, while he and his parents were on a trip in Asia, they're village was attacked and destroyed by Robotnik, the rest of the region following soon after. The region of Asia they were staying in would soon follow, but him and his family luckily had a heads up and fleed to the former named India before it was too late. They settled in India and decided to start a anew, grateful they at least had each other in one of the few lands unclaimed by the tyrant. Life went on, despite the threat of Robotnik constantly looming over everyone's heads. The happy days living with his didn't last forever, though, as his parents were eventually captured and roboticized when he was ten years old. Ever since then, he would promise himself to help end Robotnik's reign of tower, and someday even get his folks back, by eventually joining the Indian branch of Freedom Fighters led by the Blaze the Cat.

Christopher Thorndyke: A young human boy from the past, before the time Mobians came to be. He was diagnosed with NIDS and terminally ill. With hopes of saving his life and buying time to find a cure, he was put into cryogenic stasis, shortly before nuclear war broke out across the world. Around a thousand years later, Robotnik discovered the stasis pod the boy was sleeping in, in search of the legendary seven Chaos Emeralds. In order to remove the emerald that was providing the pod it's power from the console, Robotnik had to awake the kid from his stasis, as it was programmed not to release the emerald otherwise. Noticing the boy was reacting to the emerald, Robotnik saw a use for the boy in his latest plans, and decided to keep him in Robotropolis.

Decoe and Bocoe, Bokkun, Orbot and Cubot(not picture because their designs are basically the same): Former robot assistants of the late Chuck Thorndyke. They worked and helped Chuck with his inventions or even did housework for him if they had nothing else to do. Some time after the nuclear exchanges had ended around the world, they helped Chuck maintain the stasis pod Chris was sleeping in. Eventually, Chuck, dying from the lethal dose of radiation he received from the fallout, ordered all of them to hook themselves up to the stasis pod and go into sleep-mode and watch after Chris if he we were to ever wake up from his stasis, after he dies. After burying Chuck, they did just that, and stayed in sleep-mode until Robotnik found the pod around a thousands years later, and were taken to Robotroplis to keep the boy inside of his allocated living quarters. Unlike Robotnik's creations, they are harmless and not malicious. They are very protective of Chris, and are, for good reason, extremely terrified of Robotnik.
